Picvast is a business name of Picvast IP Pty Ltd (ABN 22 682 650 077). This notice explains how we handle personal information.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website and message. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that conversation.

When we contact businesses about our services, we use business contact details that the business has published, such as the email address on its website.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver the work you ask for and keep records of our dealings with you. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

Your information is stored securely with our cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services in Sydney. Some service providers we use (for example for email) may store data outside Australia.

Marketing emails

Every email we send about our services includes a way to unsubscribe. If you ask us to stop, we will, and we keep your address on a do-not-contact list so it doesn't happen again.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us through the contact form. We'll respond within 30 days.
